Founded by veterans, for veterans
Beyond Services Australia was founded in 2013 by a group of former ADF members who had watched too many of their colleagues fall through the cracks after leaving the military.
The maze of bureaucracy, the lack of continuity in care, the feeling of being passed from one service to another without anyone taking real responsibility — they'd experienced it themselves, and seen it destroy lives that deserved so much better.
So they built something different. An organisation where every veteran and family member is treated as a person — not a case number. Where the same trusted person walks alongside you for as long as you need them.
Today we operate across every state and territory in Australia, supporting veterans of all service lengths, and their families.

No referral required
You don't need a GP, a social worker, or a DVA number to start a conversation with us. Anyone connected to the Australian defence community can reach out directly.
Nationwide reach
We support veterans and families across every state and territory — in major cities, regional areas, and remote communities. Distance is never a barrier to getting help.
Connected to the right services
We work closely with DVA, Open Arms, RSL, and a wide network of specialist providers — so we can connect you to exactly the right support, quickly and without the runaround.
Family included
We recognise that service affects the whole family. Partners, children, and carers are welcome — their wellbeing matters just as much to us as the veteran's.
