Our Services

Six core services designed around what veterans and their families actually need. Not what a form says they can have.

What We Do

Practical support, delivered with care

Every service is delivered by someone who knows you — not a rotating roster of caseworkers. We stay with you for the long road.

Welfare & Wellbeing Checks

Regular in-person or phone check-ins. A trusted point of contact who genuinely wants to know how you're going — not because a form requires it, but because they care.

Our welfare service is built on consistency. You'll speak to the same person every time, someone who knows your history and notices when things aren't quite right.

DVA Claims Assistance

We walk you through the paperwork, the phone calls and the follow-ups, so you're not doing it alone at the kitchen table. The DVA system is complex — we know it inside out.

From initial claims to appeals and reassessments, we're with you for the whole process, not just the beginning.

Mental Health Referrals

Warm, confidential referrals to trusted psychologists, counsellors and support programs that genuinely understand the defence experience — not just general practitioners.

We stay involved throughout the referral process. You're never just handed a phone number and left to figure it out alone.

Financial Guidance

We help you understand what you're entitled to — and make sure you actually receive it.

Family Support Services

Support for spouses, partners, kids and carers. Because when a veteran needs help, the whole family usually does too — and they deserve their own support, not just help managing someone else's.

We support family members in their own right, with their own dedicated point of contact.
